How do I get started?
Create an account, name your workspace, and invite your team. It takes about two minutes, there is no credit card and no sales call, and the Launch plan stays free for as long as you want it.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Launch is free forever, not a trial — no expiry date, no card on file, no feature that stops working after a fortnight. Upgrade to Pro only when your team outgrows 2 projects or 3 members.
How is Tesbo Cloud billed?
Per workspace, never per seat. Pro costs $360 per workspace per year billed annually, or $40 per workspace per month billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your workspace keeps Pro access until the end of the paid period, then moves to Launch limits.
What happens after I downgrade to Launch?
Reduce your projects and storage to the Launch allowance of 2 projects and 500 MB, or export your data before the downgrade takes effect.
Can I get a refund?
Monthly payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. First-time annual Pro purchases can be refunded in full within 14 days. Annual renewals are refundable within 7 days of the renewal date if there has been no material Pro usage. Duplicate charges and billing errors are always refunded.
Are taxes included in the price?
Published prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise. VAT, GST, or sales tax is calculated based on your billing location and added at checkout.
Can I run Tesbo on my own servers instead?
Yes, if you need to. Most teams create a free cloud account because it takes two minutes and needs no infrastructure. If your policy requires the data to stay inside your own network, the same product can be self-hosted — you then own deployment, storage, security and provider costs.
